Devi Navaratri
Thursday, October 3 through Saturday, October 12, 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM; 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM (most days)
Navaratri is the most powerful time of the year to honor the Divine Mother and infinite God’s grace is bestowed on those who participate in auspicious Navaratri ceremonies. SRIM Priest, Kanth Garu, will be conducting a full 9-day Navaratri program at the SRIM Center in accordance with Vedic science. On October 12 he will guide us in honoring Amma Sri Karunamayi on Vijayadasami, the most auspicious day of the year which is also Amma’s birthday. This holy day is also Shirdi Sai Baba’s 106th Samadhi anniversary. It is truly a blessed opportunity to be able to participate in these grand Navaratri celebrations-onsite at the SRIM Center or virtually.
During Navaratri, the Divine Mother radiates Her utmost grace and boundless compassion, embodying forgiveness and extending unconditional love and blessings to all who seek Her divine presence. Spiritual seekers find Navaratri a bountiful opportunity to receive the blessings of purification, spiritual advancement, prosperity, well being and abundance. Diwali / Deepawali

The third day of Diwali 2024 falls on Thursday. Diwali, or Deepawali, is an important festival that derives its name from the words availi, row of clay lamps, deepa, that symbolizes the inner light that protects from spiritual darkness. At 6:00 PM on the main day of this joyous festival of lights, Kanth Garu will perform a Maha Lakshmi Pooja followed by Deepa Seva to Devi.

Satsang means to be in the company of the truth and spiritual seekers throughout time immemorial have joined together to perform spiritual practices and listen to the teachings of spiritual masters. Our program includes both chanting of several sacred texts, paduka puja and meditation. Don’t miss this program – it will be merged onsite into the finale day of Navaratri!! Schedule may vary from usual program format.
