The SRIM Center was inaugurated in 2007 under the auspicious guidance of Divine Mother, Amma Sri Karunamayi. SRIM is an inclusive spiritual center and welcomes individuals of all faiths and backgrounds.

The Center is founded upon Vedic values and the principle of seva or self-less service. Nestled on 28 acres in Forsyth, Georgia, the Center offers a beautiful and highly charged environment for people seeking inner peace and spiritual upliftment. The Center has Shirdi Sai Baba and Sri Durga Devi temples where pujas, aarthis, abhishekams and homas are performed routinely and on special occasions. Every year, Her Holiness, Amma Sri Karunamayi conducts a 5 to 10 day Vedic fire ceremony for world peace. Community outreach programs such as feeding the homeless are also undertaken every month.

The SRIM Center embraces Sanatana Dharma principles. Sanatana means “eternal” and dharma means “righteousness” or “duty”. This is both a philosophy and a way of life that upholds values such as love, compassion, non-violence, respect and equality.  Amma’s teachings focus on Love, Serve, Meditate, and Realize to achieve the ultimate goal of enlightenment.
