Shirdi Baba Mandir
@ SRIM Center
Shirdi Sai Baba lived in India, from approximately 1838 to 1918, and at the young age of 16, he attracted the attention of residents in Shirdi when he routinely sat under a Neem tree meditating for hours. Baba’s reputation quickly spread throughout the region. He was revered by Hindus and Muslims for his wisdom, compassion and focus on charity for all. One of his well-known teachings is:
Sabka Malik Ek “One God governs all.”
Shirdi Baba Mandir at the SRIM Center is located in a serene and quiet setting in Forsyth near Atlanta, Georgia. The life size murti of Shirdi Baba was inaugurated in June 2014 by Her Holiness Amma Sri Karunamayi. The uniqueness of this Mandir is that Baba’s loving eyes meet the eyes of devotees directly, transmitting an abundance of peace and blessings to His devotees.
Shirdi Baba has been witness to several powerful annual Maha Yajnams conducted at the SRIM Center. The space is exceptionally charged with the vibrations of these powerful fire ceremonies that draw devotees from around the world.
Many first time visitors to the Mandir have expressed experiencing immense peace in this sacred space.
