Sri Durga Devi is a principal form of Goddess Parvati and the protective Mother of the universe, Adi Para Shakti.  As a fierce warrior, she is relentless in combating negative forces, including our inner enemies, such as anger, greed, and jealousy. She is an ardent advocate for the preservation of dharma / righteousness and spiritual evolution leading to moksha, liberation.  Sri Durga Devi at the SRIM Center is accompanied by a tiger, symbolizing unlimited power. Since 2015, Sri Durga Devi has been the focal point of the annual Maha Yajnams conducted at the SRIM Center, under the auspices of Her Holiness, Amma Sri Karunamayi.
