Kanth Swami will do rudrabhishekam to the sacred 5-faced marakata jade Shiva lingam on Mondays and to the Sri Shirdi Sai Baba’s utsava murthi on Thursdays. This ritual confers many benefits like individual peace, prosperity and spiritual elevation leading to worldwide harmony. It is a very powerful ritual to remove the imbalances and negative effects caused by unfavorable planetary positions, bestow health and success.

Satsang means to be in the company of the truth and from time immemorial, spiritual seekers have gathered together to perform spiritual practices to advance their sadhana. Vasantha Panchami marks the beginning of spring in the Hindu lunar calendar. This festival also coincides with the birthday of Goddess Saraswathi and thus this day is honored by worshiping Goddess Maha Saaswathi. The spring time brings abundance of light and warmth allowing people to celebrate life. Kanth Swami will do a special Saraswathi puja on this day to welcome springtime.

Ratha Saptami is celebrated as the auspicious time when the Sun God is on the northward journey. This day also marks the birth of Sun god who rides in a chariot (Ratha) driven by seven (sapta) horses. The weeks and months following this time are considered auspicious for spiritual practices. Kanth Swami will perform a special Surya Narayana pooja followed by the Thursday Baba Abhishekam starting 11 AM.

The position of the moon is known in the Vedic tradition and the scientific community to influence the tides on our planet and the bodies and minds of human beings and animals. The moon is symbolic of the deeper perceptions of life that are beyond logic and the full moon is an auspicious time for sadhana. The Srichakra, king of yantras and the genetic code of the cosmos, brings order, peace, happiness, health, and prosperity wherever it resides.

In the morning Kanth Garu will perform abhishekam to the Sri Chakra at 10:30 AM.
